CatherineI am a firm believer that with the right fitness routine, you have the ability to strive mentally and thrive in every aspect of life.

I personally have overcome many obstacles such as weight gain/loss, as well as multiple surgeries, all while working full-time. These experiences have helped me realize the importance of exercise and healthy eating.

Aside from fitness, I am a proud mom of two beautiful little boys, and serve alongside my husband as a pastor on staff at Triumph Church Nederland. During the week when not training clients, I work as the church receptionist manager, and administrative lifeteam pastor.

I dedicate myself to tailor each session to the needs of my client. Also, motivating them to leave their exercise comfort zone, to achieve optimal results.

My focus, is in helping my clients reach their fitness goals. This by utilizing all aspects of fitness – to avoid boring workouts.

It’s never too late to start changing your life. I regard exercise as a priority, not an option. It improves mental health by alleviating anxiety, preventing cognitive decline, while reducing stress. In addition, increases productivity, sharpens memory, boosts brain power, improves. self-confidence, and aids overall relaxation.
