Barre Classes

Barre Class Schedule

Barre classes combine elements of pilates, yoga, strengthening exercises dancers may perform along with other strength training exercises using the barre and other equipment such as mini-balls, small hand weights, tubing, gliders and resistance band. Barre will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape!

Mid County Club

Barre – 55 minutes

Mini-Barre – 30 minutes

This class is a mini version of our Barre classes. Come sculpt your body and get into amazing shape during your lunch break! Class is 30 minutes. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat

Beaumont Club

Barre – 55 minutes
Studio 1

Barre None – 55 minutes
Studio 2

This class combines elements of Pilates, Yoga, Strengthening exercises dancers may perform along with other strength training exercises without the Barre. Sculpt your body using mini-balls, small hand weights, tubing, gliders and resistance bands. Barre None will get you into absolute amazing shape in 55 minutes! We recommend bringing your own yoga mat.
