Whether you’re new to cycle, new to group fitness, or simply pressed for time, Cycle30 is your perfect solution! Burn calories as you improve muscular endurance and cardio fitness! You’ll cycle to great music motivating you through a ride that best suits your fitness level and goals! For first time participants, we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time for assistance in proper bike set up.
