Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga helps reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve overall health, and create more peace of mind. Vinyasa classes link together movement and breath to create a ‘vinyasa flow’. This class works on building strength and flexibility through deep breathing exercises, stretching, balancing, core strengthening, and deep relaxation.
