Colin Bledsoe

ColinI have been involved in fitness for most of my life through participating in sports from a young age. Unfortunately, my freshmen year in powerlifting I injured my lower back which put me out of sports for a couple of years. This injury was what jump started my interest in weight training and how to use correct form in order to prevent injuries. With this concept I managed to strengthen my back by working my whole body as a unit and with time my injury started to dissipate. I have now been exercising consistently for 3 years and it has formed me into the person that I am today. I am currently studying and in the process of getting my certification through NASM. I’m excited to share the knowledge of fitness that I have with others that are eager to learn and work hard.
