LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. LES MILLS GRIT provides the challenge and intensity you need to take your fitness up a notch. With just a few short sessions a week you can rapidly improve aerobic fitness and increase athleticism. You’ll unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, which is key to burning fat. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
