Les Mills Tone is a 45 minute class that integrates aerobic exercise (for heart fitness), resistance training (for strength and stability), as well as stretching and mobility work. This class caters to any fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or a total addict, this class is for you.

 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class for assistance with equipment set up.
