Official Rules
Promotion Period
The Scan. Sweat. Win. Weekly Tumbler Giveaway begins on the announced start date and runs for four (4) consecutive weeks. Two (2) winners will be selected each week, one (1) from the Beaumont location and one (1) from the Mid-County location, for a total of eight (8) winners.
Eligibility
- Open to active Exygon Health & Fitness Club members and non-members visiting an Exygon Heath & Fitness Club location who are at least 18 years of age.
- Employees of Exygon Health & Fitness Club and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
- Each qualifying scan-in at an Exygon Health & Fitness Club location automatically earns one (1) entry into that week’s drawing.
- Non-members must fill out the form below after scan-in to qualify.
- Consecutive or duplicate scan-ins during the same visit do not qualify for additional entries.
- Exygon reserves the right to determine the validity of all qualifying scan-ins and entries.
Weekly Drawings
- Two (2) winners will be randomly selected each week:
- One (1) winner from the Beaumont location
- One (1) winner from the Mid-County location
- Entries do not carry over to the following week’s drawing unless otherwise announced.
Prize
Each weekly winner will receive one (1) Exygon-branded tumbler.
- Prize is non-transferable.
- No cash value or prize substitutions will be provided.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their membership account and may also be announced on Exygon’s website and social media channels.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant Exygon Health & Fitness Club permission to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Exygon Health & Fitness Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the administration, fairness, or integrity of the giveaway. Any attempt to manipulate the entry process or abuse the promotion may result in disqualification.
