I decided to become a personal trainer after reaching my very own health and fitness goals. I was extremely fit in school and after I graduated I did not go to the gym as much as I use to and I lacked the discipline to eat a healthy diet.

Before I knew it, I gained 20lbs. I was very self-conscious and I hated the way I not only looked but mostly how I felt. With the help of my fiancé I lost 25lbs in 2.5 months. Not only did I get stronger, I also had so much more confidence and a different outlook on life.

The way I see it, your health is an INVESTMENT not an expense! As a personal trainer, my goal is to help others see the value in living a healthy lifestyle and also show them what their bodies are physically capable of.
