Meet Our Facilitator

Stephanie Dodson, MS, RD, LD

Meet Stephanie, our weight loss facilitator! She is a Registered Dietitian, currently working full time in an acute care, clinical setting. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in May 2016, followed by her Master of Science with an emphasis in Dietetics August 2017. She began her athletic career at a young age, competing in multiple sports, and eventually extending to collegiate volleyball. Following graduate school, She competed in the NPC Southeast Championship in May 2018. The most prominent theme throughout her athletic endeavors has been the importance of nutrition.

She genuinely believes that nutrition is medicine and is the first step to taking care of ourselves no matter what lifestyle we may lead. Her focus is to help you improve your lifestyle by developing long-term habits for a healthier, happier you.

Exygon’s Weight Loss Program

  • Our program is developed by a registered dietitian; it’s healthy and nutritionally safe and sound. Learn to eat real foods; delicious, satisfying and great weight loss!

Initial Month:  $250.00            Each Month After:  $190
(Begin with a one-to-one, one-hour session, followed by a half-hour session, and continue weekly at 15-minutes per visit, each week until goal weight.)

 Fitness Competitors:

  • Learn nutrition knowledge for each stage of fitness training.
  • Work one-to-one during pre-competition weeks.
  • Follow-up session transitioning from competition to post-competition eating plans.


  • We can help individuals lose weight; eating programs designed to improve diabetes management and lower cardiovascular health risks secondary to diet management. Monthly weight loss plans available for all individuals.
