Personal training is the fastest and safest way to reach your personal goals. At Exygon, we have the right fitness professional for every level of training.

Our certified fitness trainers have specialized training in exercise physiology, biomechanics, sport specific training, functional fitness and weight loss. We offer one on one and small group sessions. For your convenience, we have hour and half hour sessions. Exygon trainers will evaluate and assess your body for muscular imbalances and design personalized programs to fit your needs and maximize your goals.

Fit Trac

Starting a fitness program can be confusing and overwhelming. What’s right for one person can be all wrong for another. That’s why every new Exygon member receives four complimentary sessions with a certified personal trainer.

During your complimentary sessions, you can discuss your goals with a proven fitness professional and begin creating a program designed to achieve the results you want.
