Quintin Taylor

Fitness has always been a passion of mine.  It started in middle school when I gained an interest in sports and carried on thru high school.  By that time, I was playing football and basketball year-round and even ran track for a local select track team.

After graduating high school, I decided to take a different route and began working as a contractor in various refineries around the area. At first, it was great with me being so young and making great money and I still found time to go to the gym here and there.

Then around 2 years ago, I realized that working in the refinery industry wasn’t where my heart and passion were. That’s when I got back into my habit of working out and my body made a complete 360-degree change. With the help and encouragement from family and friends around me, I decided to take it on full throttle. Some feel that fitness is just about working out, but that is where they are wrong and don’t get the results that they desire.

Fitness is an overall lifestyle change that starts from the time you wake up for that first cup of coffee to the time you go to sleep at night after a long day of work. It’s about feeding your body all of the right nutrients and protein to reach the desired goal and maintain it. Once you get your desired goal, you still have to work to keep it there, otherwise, you will be back at square one.

The styles of training that I offer are Weight Loss, Strength and Conditioning, & Performance. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer through the National Federations of Professional Trainers and I love encouraging others and helping them meet their goals and just seeing that boost of confidence inspires me to keep doing what I love to help others make their lives better.

I’m excited to meet new members and get them started on their individual fitness journeys.
