CardioMix Classes at Exygon

One hour of cardio and strength training including the best mix of floor aerobics and step. With the use of resistance bands, body bar and/or the body ball, it’s guaranteed to mix up your workout! It will get your feet moving and your heart pumping.

Please bring your own exercise mat as Exygon will no longer provide any type of mat for the health and safety of our members.
