Personal Training – Exygon’s personal training staff is renowned for their ability to get people fit and educate their clients on what it takes to be healthy for a lifetime. Call us today to learn about solutions we have to get you in the shape you want to be.

Introductory Fitness Consultation – These introductory fitness consultations are FREE and will lay out a program that is specific to your needs as well as provide an orientation to our facility, equipment, and programs.  This is a very important step in making you feel comfortable in the club and getting you started on a life of fitness.

Kid’s Club – A supervised play area for your children that includes an indoor playground, Xbox 360′s with Xbox Kinect, a movie theater, and CPR certified staff. You will never need to worry about the kids. In fact, they just might beg you to go to the club! Your kids are welcomed to use the Kid’s Club up to 2 hours a day while you workout.

Fitness/Nutrition Seminars – Educational seminars are provided by Exygon Health and Fitness staff to help answer your questions regarding health, fitness, and nutrition.  These seminars are open to all members and serve to deliver a wealth of information on relevant topics that affect our members.

Onsite Dietitian – We have an onsite (Currently only Beaumont Club) dietitian with 25 years experience that can create a custom nutritional plan for you or a group. See club for pricing. Sessions will be catered to your individual goals and interests.

After an initial consultation in which goals are set, weekly sessions will hold you accountable to stick with it. The topics may include, but are not limited to meal planning, easy dinner ideas, pre and post workout nutrition strategies, aging and its effect on weight, meal timing, and healthy choices while dining out.
